Our Story

How BlazeHost started

BlazeHost was built by server admins who were frustrated with the quality and transparency of existing hosting providers. We saw shared infrastructure being oversold, support tickets going unanswered for days, and pricing that changed without warning.

We started with game servers — FiveM and Minecraft — because we knew exactly what low-latency, stable hosting looked like from the player's perspective. Over time we expanded to VPS, dedicated servers and application hosting, always on hardware we own and operate ourselves.

Today BlazeHost runs on physical AMD Ryzen servers in the firstcolo FRA4 Tier-III datacentre in Frankfurt. There is no public cloud underneath us. Every resource you pay for is a physical resource on a physical machine.

What we stand for

These are not marketing bullet points. They are the principles that determine how we build, price and operate our services.

Transparency

Prices are published without asterisks. Infrastructure decisions are communicated to customers. Incidents are reported openly.

Performance

We use AMD Ryzen CPUs and NVMe SSDs across the board. No slow SATA, no overcommitted vCPUs, no CPU throttling.

Reliability

Redundant power, N+1 cooling and multi-homed BGP routing at firstcolo FRA4. We design for failure before it happens.

Support

Support is handled by team members with hands-on experience. Response times are measured in minutes, not days.

History

How we got here

2021

Project founded

BlazeHost started as a small game server hosting project. The goal was simple: run stable FiveM servers with low ping for Czech and Slovak players.

2022

First public hosting

We opened Minecraft hosting to the public. Hardware was upgraded to AMD Ryzen, replacing the original Intel nodes.

2022

Frankfurt expansion

We deployed our first servers at firstcolo FRA4 in Frankfurt, giving us a Western European presence and DE-CIX peering.

2023

VPS platform launch

KVM-based VPS hosting launched on AMD Ryzen hardware. First time BlazeHost offered a general-purpose compute product.

2024

Dedicated servers

Dedicated server hosting launched with AMD Ryzen 5700G and 9700X nodes. Full root access, IPMI included.

2025

Infrastructure expansion

Additional capacity added at the Frankfurt site. NVMe SSD storage upgraded to 2TB per node across all dedicated configurations.
