What we were trying to solve
BlazeHost started because we were frustrated — as server admins, players and customers — with how existing hosting providers operated. Oversold shared hardware, support that never responded, prices that changed without warning.
We began with FiveM and Minecraft because we knew exactly what good game server hosting looked like. Low latency, stable uptime, support from someone who actually plays the games.
As demand grew, we expanded to VPS and dedicated servers. But we never moved to a cloud platform. Every server you order from BlazeHost runs on hardware we physically own, rack and maintain ourselves — in Frankfurt.
Infrastructure and communication
Discord-first support
All customer communication runs through our Discord server. Support tickets, billing questions and technical requests are handled in dedicated channels, with a response target of under 30 minutes.
24/7 monitoring
All servers and network equipment are monitored around the clock. CPU load, bandwidth, DDoS events and uptime are tracked in real time. Alerts go to the team instantly.
On-site hardware
Our servers live in the Tier-III firstcolo FRA4 datacentre in Frankfurt. We install, cable and maintain the hardware ourselves — no managed hosting providers between us and the hardware.
Automation
Provisioning, backups and routine maintenance tasks are automated. New game servers and VPS instances spin up within minutes of payment, without manual intervention.
