Acceptable Usage Policy
This policy defines the baseline rules for using BlazeHost services responsibly and without causing harm to the platform, other customers or third parties.
Allowed use
Services may be used for lawful websites, applications, game servers, automation, development, backups and related community infrastructure.
Customers are responsible for all activity on their account, including software they install, content they upload and actions performed by invited staff members.
Prohibited activity
You may not use the platform for malware delivery, phishing, credential theft, spam, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized scanning, copyright abuse or any unlawful activity.
Attempts to bypass service limits, interfere with shared infrastructure, abuse support channels or evade billing and verification processes are also prohibited.
Resource fairness
Customers must operate within the technical limits of their purchased service and avoid behavior that creates instability for neighboring workloads or shared systems.
If a service creates excessive load, network abuse, repeated crashes or security risk, BlazeHost may require mitigation steps, temporary suspension or a move to a more suitable product.
Enforcement
BlazeHost may investigate reports of abuse and may suspend, limit or terminate services when this policy is violated or when immediate action is needed to protect the platform.
Where practical, we aim to communicate the issue and provide a path to remediation, but urgent cases may require action without advance notice.
